Prefer to leave it to the pros? We’ll help you connect with a trusted technician or authorized repair shop and reimburse labor costs up to $50. -
Core Component Issues (Under Warranty):
If critical parts like the battery, motor, or controller system fail, we’ll replace the entire eBike. No hassle, no delays—just a seamless solution. -
Out-of-Warranty Repairs:
Even if your eBike is no longer under warranty, we’ll provide replacement parts at near-cost prices and offer detailed guidance for both DIY repairs and professional assistance.
