What Is the 3R System?
Our 3R System stands for Report, Repair, and Reimbursement. Here’s how it works:
REPORT
If you encounter any issues, simply submit a report through our website.
Provide your eBike ID along with pictures or videos showing the problem.
Our team will review your case, confirm the warranty status, and guide you on the next steps.
REPAIR
Depending on the nature of the issue, you can either:
Simple Issues: If you can handle the repair yourself, we’re happy to provide the parts for free along with remote technical guidance.
Complex Issues(e.g., battery, motor, controller): For more complex problems with core components like the battery, motor, or electronics, we offer full replacement services or can help you connect with an authorized repair shop or local technician.
REIMBURSEMENT
Under Warranty:
- If any core component is damaged, we’ll provide you with a brand-new bike for free.
- If any non-core component is damaged, we’ll send you replacement parts for free, including shipping.
- If you can’t repair the damaged parts yourself, you can visit a nearby shop, and we’ll reimburse you up to $50 for the repair.
Outside Warranty:
- We offer parts at the lowest possible prices to ensure you can complete repairs at minimal cost, along with remote technical support to assist you.
