So close to being the perfect bicycle!

It's so close to being the perfect bicycle. It's absolutely stunning to look at and fun to ride. Doesn't look like an Ebike and it's silent operation because of the belt drive is incredible. If you ride slow the battery will last you a decent time but I enjoy using 4-5 mode which drains battery fairly quickly, which is understandable. Few keys of improvement can be made, once the battery level falls below half, the power loss is drastic. I expect power to decrease as battery dies, however the loss of power is huge. I've been on single gear bikes for a long time so my bit of advice for new buyers is, if you aren't used to a single gear bike, will be very tough ride once the battery is dead but the easiest bike ride ever with the assist on.

Fantastic value and brilliant performance!

Built my City Vanture last week the moment it arrived! It's a fantastic bit of design and engineering, not to mention great value for money compared with what is often expensive competition. Looks stunning in the 'infinite silver' finish, particularly with the brown-accented tyres, grips and saddle. Also, the ride quality is surprisingly good given the skinny tyres and hardtail design - good news for us UK riders dealing with terrible road surfaces!

My only suggestions to improve the product in future versions would be:

- Give the bike a 'boost button' for making a quick getaway at traffic lights, this could also function as the 'walk assist' button when not pedalling
- Include the fender (mudguards) set with the bike - a nice chrome set would be great to go with the finish of the infinite silver version, perhaps matt black for other finishes.
- Performance is noticeably better wen the battery is fully charged - if there's a way, it would be great if it stayed this good even when on half/a quarter of a charge.
- Include lights that are powered from the battery - seems a little silly to have to charge aftermarket lights regularly or fit a dynamo when there's a significant power pack sitting right there in the down tube!
- This one would be a real game changer: offer an option to spec up the bike with a crank gear set from Efneo (thus allowing the belt drive to be retained) - a 'hill climbing' ratio, middle ratio the same as the current fixed one and then a 'downhill' upper ratio for max speed would take this bike to whole new level!

All in all though, very pleased with the purchase - would recommend with reservation.

Simple and Stylish with No More Gears!

The City Vanture is the best riding experience that I have ever encountered and I have ridden e-bikes thousands of miles.
Simplistic and Stylish this bike is built solid. NO MORE GEARS! I love the belt drive, it is quiet and elegant.
When you come to a stop, there's no down shifting... and as you progress there's no need to upshift.
The battery and the display are beautifully integrated and the kickstand is great. Brakes are quiet and effective.
I even like the minimalistic bell that comes with the kit. The only thing missing is a light, it could fit into the display or
on the front forks. The application of power is quite subtle, it matches the cadence of your input so well that some users may
not feel the assistance like other bikes but I rather like it. Definitely the workout I was looking for. A real treat. Thank you.

Great affordable ebike

As someone who struggles with cycling I was a little unsure as to how much of a difference an ebike would make. The City Vanture impressed me no end. I travelled 30 miles on a single charge and it took a lot of the leg work out of the trip. The styling of the bike is superb and at first glance you would not believe it was an ebike. The gates carbon drive train is excellent. With it being single speed hills over 10% require effort but it was good to feel like you had excersized after the ride. Very happy with the bike

City Vanture

I’ve had this for a little over two months now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made. As someone who commutes daily in a busy city, I needed a bike that could handle the hustle and bustle while still being lightweight and easy to maneuver. The City Vanture delivers on every promise.
The assembly process was surprisingly easy, even for someone like me who isn’t very handy. The mortise-and-tenon frame design isn’t just beautiful—it’s incredibly sturdy. The bike feels solid under you, whether you’re cruising down smooth city streets or tackling bumpy roads.
What stands out the most is the belt drive system. It’s unbelievably smooth and silent compared to chain drives I’ve used in the past. There’s no need to worry about grease, rust, or frequent maintenance, which makes it perfect for someone who just wants to ride without hassle.
The battery life is phenomenal. I usually ride about 15 miles a day, and I only need to charge it every three to four days. The 2-hour fast charging feature has also come in handy more than once when I needed to top up quickly.
One unexpected bonus is the attention I get while riding this bike. The retro design and sleek frame have turned heads everywhere I go, and I’ve even had strangers stop me to ask where they can get one! It’s not just a bike; it’s a statement.
