Today’s mountain ride with f was a total CRAZY! The trail had some rough patches—mud, rocks, you name it—but this bike handled it like a pro. I’m not that experienced of a rider, but it made the whole thing so easy. My f tried it too, she has more experience than me, and she got one immed. Felt like I could ride forever!
I have just assembled the bike, charged the battery and I cannot get the monitor to turn on. I have not yet received extra battery or helmet. Please have technical contact me I don’t want to ride until the monitor issue is resolved. Thank you
Bike-buying experience was good, with a couple exceptions. There was a loud knocking from one of the Wellgo pedals. I replaced them with a spare pair I had, and that resolved the problem. Also, the one-size-fits-all helmet is far too small for my male adult head. Maybe in the future you should offer a choice of sizes? Thank you.

Lots of good modern features and a good E-bike design. A great overall value. Only negative is the battery is small, and you may need to add the extended battery. That depends on each person's usage. I'd buy it again.
